The investigation and video conferences are recorded by Pet Court. An investigator who conducts the investigation at the home(s) of parents will use a video camera for the entirety of the investigation. The video will include sound. The prehearing conferences and hearing will be recorded using video conferencing software. Pet Court owns all videos, but will provide links for downloading a copy of videos through pCloud, a secure online sharing service. Each parent will be provided with a link to download a copy only of that parent’s investigation video and prehearing conference recording. Both parents will be provided with a link to download a copy of the recorded hearing. All links will be provided within 72 hours of the completed video or recording. Videos will be available for download for fourteen (14) days after notice of a link has been provided to a parent.

This explanation is for the convenience of Parents. The actual contract governs the terms of the agreement between the parties.
